STARTER

Cretan Dakos: Heirloom tomatoes, whipped feta, Kalamata olives, capers, oregano and extra virgin olive oil

MAIN

Herb infused mushroom orzo: Charred king oyster mushroom, roasted cauliflower, crispy chickpeas, toasted almonds and tahini foam

Meat opt in: Roast pasture-raised chicken: Taramasalata velouté, braised artichoke, smoked potato purée, grilled courgette, charred lemon and wild oregano

DESSERT: Greek yoghurt mousse: Lemon curd, thyme and lemon compote, honey tuile, olive oil cake and toasted pistachio
