MENU
In partnership with the Greek National Tourist Office, guests will sit down to enjoy a Greek-inspired three-course vegetarian menu. Should guests prefer, they can opt-in to receive a meat main – please do so before Friday 13 September.
- Starter: Kolokythokeftedes – courgette and feta cakes, served alongside a cucumber and mint salsa, courgette spaghetti, lime basil and greek yoghurt dressing (v)
- Main: Moussaka* – served in an aubergine wedge with toasted spiced sunflower seeds (v)
- Dessert: Walnut and almond tart, served with whipped lemon cream (v)
*Meat opt-in main: Roast lemon oregano chicken, served with orzo stifado sauce, olives, baby carrots and pistachios
